💼 Role Overview
Position: IT Recruiter
Locations: Pune HQ
Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Mon–Fri)
Experience: 3+ years in core IT Sourcing (Japan sourcing experience preferred).
Good English Communication & Sourcing Mindset
HO Location: Marisoft IT Park III, West Wing, 2nd Floor, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
🚀 What You’ll Do
• Proactively source candidates across Japan using LinkedIn Recruiter, Japanese job
boards, referrals, networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and hard-to-hire roles
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines of bilingual and Japanese-native talent
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to understand role
requirements and hiring priorities
• Conduct initial sourcing screens to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit. Clearly
communicate role expectations, company value proposition, and hiring process
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
• Track sourcing metrics (pipeline quality, response rates, conversion ratios)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Japanese job boards, and ATS systems
