Recruiter - Technology & Finance (External Contract - 12 months)

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Recruiter, you will lead attraction and acquisition strategies while evolving all aspects of recruitment, with a primary focus on our Technology and Finance teams. You will help scale our corporate teams by managing recruitment across Engineering, Product, Architecture, ERP and Finance, to name a few. You’re a natural relationship builder, partnering with our people leaders to identify business needs and match them with phenomenal humans. You are a spokesperson and facilitator for our organization and strive to continuously evolve processes that contribute to an excellent candidate and employee experience. From day one, you will be introduced to our core values as an organization and contribute to how we work and collaborate globally as a Talent Acquisition (TA) team.   This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team: Reporting to the Lead of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with a team of energetic global recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates for our corporate, manufacturing, and retail teams while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way. The TA team is supported by the People and Culture Operations team for our ATS (Lever), reporting, configuration, and support strategies.
