THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT TO POTENTIAL FULL-TIME CONVERSION OPPORTUNITY Serverfarm is seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring across our data center operations. This role will focus on recruiting skilled technical and leadership talent, including Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, Data Center Managers, and Data Center Chief Engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands data center operational roles, and can manage a high requisition load while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment based on business needs and performance.
