Overview
State of the Art Psychiatric Facility is seeking a professional receptionist for Nights shifts!
Responsibilities include:
- Welcomes and Directs visitors (phone and in person)
- Processes and distributes daily mail and communication
- Maintains filing records as needed
- Maintains security procedures and patient confidentiality
- Evaluates medical staff credentials
- Receives and replenishes supplies
- Maintains a clean and safe environment (reports equipment malfunctions)
- As requested, assists in the development and review of policies, procedures, and job descriptions
Requirements/Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the human services field
- Excellent computer skills including: MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree
