- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buone capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del gestionale Opera Cloud
