The Real Estate Agent role gives buyers and sellers a trusted, knowledgeable guide through one of the biggest transactions of their lives, while building a sustainable, growing business for yourself. Our agents represent clients with integrity, build and nurture a strong pipeline, and reinforce Inch & Co.'s reputation as the brokerage people recommend to friends and family.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
• Generate and manage a client pipeline using company-provided leads and personal prospecting
• Promote listings and your personal brand with support from our marketing team
• Use online transaction management tools to streamline deals
• Collaborate with contract-to-close coordinators and settlement support staff
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania real estate license (required)
• 1+ year of sales experience (preferred)
• Based in or willing to relocate to York or Camp Hill, PA
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage a flexible, independent schedule
