Job Description – Vice President (VP)
Role Title: VP – One Axis Cross-Sell Vertical (Fee Business)

Role Purpose
Lead the design, execution, and scaling of the One Axis Cross-Sell Vertical, driving fee income growth through structured cross-selling across subsidiaries and group entities

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Build
   • Define and implement the cross-sell strategy across subsidiaries (Axis Securities, Axis Finance, Pension Fund, Freecharge, etc.) 
   • Build a unified fee income engine leveraging insurance, investments, forex, and retirement products 
   • Translate resource productivity models and revenue projections into actionable business plans 
Stakeholder Leadership
   • Drive alignment with subsidiary units, business heads, and distribution leaders
   • Establish governance forums and performance cadences
   • Act as central point of ownership for cross-entity revenue delivery
Revenue & KPI Ownership
   • Own delivery of fee income targets (LI, GI, RFR/RTFx, Investments & Retirement) 
   • Define KPIs by channel, subsidiary, and product line
   • Monitor productivity, conversion rates, and business mix
Cross-Sell Program Execution
   • Institutionalize: 
   • Customer base mining and segmentation
   • Assisted sales models across subsidiaries
   • Digital cross-sell journeys embedded in platforms 
   • Ensure lead sharing frameworks and analytics-driven targeting
Governance & Risk Oversight
   • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, customer suitability, and conduct standards
   • Establish monitoring mechanisms for mis-sell, quality, and persistency outcomes

Key Skills & Competencies
   • Strong experience in fee income / TPP / insurance / investments
   • Proven ability to drive cross-functional and cross-entity initiatives
   • Strategic thinking + execution rigor
   • Strong data-driven decision-making capability
   • Senior stakeholder management
