Radiologic Technologist - Grove City (Part-Time, Evening Shift)

Schedule:

• 32 hours/per week consisting of:
• 6 hour shifts (4 pm to 10 pm (Closing time)) - 4 days per week
• 8 hour shifts (2 pm to 10 pm (Closing time)) - 1 day per week
• Every 4th weekend (8 hour shift), call, and holiday rotation required

• Prepares pediatric patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operates radiologic equipment to capture images of pediatric patients' internal organs and structures.
• Reviews images to ensure they meet quality standards and are suitable for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintains accurate patient records and ensures patient confidentiality.
• Collaborates other healthcare professionals to coordinate proper patient care.
• Maintains and updates knowledge of radiologic technology and safety procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology, required.

• Active Status with the Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, required.
• Valid “R” category Ohio Radiological License, required.

CPR certification, required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• One year of clinical experience in the Radiological Sciences, required.
• Experience in pediatric setting, preferred.

OCCASIONALLY: Biohazard waste, Chemicals/Medications, Flexing/extending of neck, Lifting / Carrying: 61-100 lbs, Loud Noises, Pushing / Pulling: 100 lbs or greater with assistance, Pushing / Pulling: 61-100 lbs
