  • Sit on a live trading desk and support your mentor in real, day-to-day trading activities
  • Learn to price options on listed financial instruments and understand trading strategies under the guidance of experienced traders
  • Observe daily trading positions and understand how they are optimized
  • Partner with traders and researchers on projects that will impact the business
  • Support the improvement of pricing models using statistical and quantitative techniques
  • Provide data-driven insights to trading and research teams

Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, junior grade-level or higher
  • Open to full-time opportunities upon graduation
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading
  • Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in or eagerness to learn Python
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
