Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto:**
El/La Líder de Calidad será responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con el aseguramiento y control de calidad en CROWN Envases Mexico, S.A. de C.V., garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad internos y externos, así como la mejora continua de los procesos.
Responsabilidades del Puesto:**
* Desarrollar, implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de calidad (SGC) en conformidad con las normativas y estándares aplicables.
* Coordinar y supervisar las inspecciones de calidad de materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados.
* Liderar y capacitar al equipo de inspectores y técnicos de calidad.
* Investigar y analizar las no conformidades, implementando acciones correctivas y preventivas para evitar su recurrencia.
* Gestionar y actualizar la documentación del sistema de calidad, incluyendo procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y registros.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos (producción, ingeniería, compras) para resolver problemas de calidad y promover la mejora continua.
* Participar en auditorías internas y externas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos.
* Analizar datos de calidad e identificar tendencias, presentando informes periódicos a la gerencia.
* Promover una cultura de calidad en toda la organización.
Calificaciones del Puesto:**
* Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, o campo relacionado.
* Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en puestos de calidad en la industria manufacturera, preferiblemente en el sector de envases.
* Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, o similares).
* Experiencia en herramientas de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
* Habilidad probada para liderar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
* Capacidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en evidencia.
* Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Se valorará el dominio del idioma inglés.
