Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Role Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives while leading multiple teams or workstreams. Responsible for stakeholder management, solution governance, resource planning, operational excellence, and successful execution of strategic platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Own delivery of medium-to-large ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
Drive planning, estimation, resource management, and execution.
Ensure projects meet quality and timeline.
Manage platform upgrades, modernization initiatives, and technical debt reduction.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Product Owners, Platform Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Business Leaders.
Facilitate requirements workshops and solution reviews.
Present delivery status, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams.
Operational Excellence
Govern overall complex development activities – Integrations, Upgrades, Code Reviews.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and instance performance.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audit, compliance, and security requirements.
People Leadership
Lead and develop high-performing teams.
Support talent development, performance discussions, mentoring, and succession planning.
Enable knowledge management and capability building.
Experience
10+ years overall IT experience.
7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM
Experience in Custom Scoped Applications
Good to Have: Other Mainline CIS Certifications, ArchX/CTA
