We are looking for a proactive and commercially mindedย Business Operations & Strategy Professionalย to support the growth and operational execution of a technology-driven business operating acrossย D2C and B2B channels.

The role involves working across business operations, process improvement, analytics, cross-functional coordination, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, analysing business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping translate strategic priorities into measurable execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business leadership in executing strategic and operational priorities.
  • Analyse business performance, operational metrics, sales data, and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Developย MIS reports, dashboards, business reviews, and performance summariesย for management.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, and Customer Operations.
  • Track strategic projects, action items, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance-management activities.
  • Analyse D2C and B2B business performance across sales, customer acquisition, retention, fulfilment, and operational metrics.
  • Support initiatives related to customer experience, process optimisation, and service improvement.
  • Develop business cases, presentations, analysis, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and ensure timely reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process standardisation, and technology-enabled operational improvements.
  • Conduct market, competitor, customer, and business research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to implement new processes, systems, and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor execution of business initiatives and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies to leadership.
  • Support special projects and other strategic initiatives as required.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experienceย in business operations, business strategy, management consulting, analytics, program management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working withย business metrics, MIS, dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience working inย D2C, B2B, ecommerce, retail, technology, consumer electronics, or other fast-paced business environmentsย is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency inย MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and driving them toward resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution discipline.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree inย Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related disciplineย is preferred.
