Quality Control Analyst II

工作目标
POSITION OBJECTIVE

•    Customer / Supplier quality
•    Incoming/In process/Outgoing quality
•    Improve customer satisfactory and supplier quality improvement
•    Maintain Product/Manufacturing certificates

主要职责
DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITES：

1.    Participate NPI/transition projects quality standard benchmarking and function/reliability/qualification test, lead and organize quality control plan
2.    Establish quality criteria in-process, participate non-conformance review, assist process and production engineer to solve quality problem, monitor quality performance in process, drive production team continue improvement
3.    According to QMS and QCP, conduct regular quality audit to manufacture process, release CA/PA base on audit findings and follow up result
4.    Conduct regular product testing to evaluate product quality performance, drive improvement action base on test result
5.    Manage product certification activities: PED, ATEX/IECEX, TSG, SIL etc.
6.    Assist related function team to drive root cause analysis and CA/PA implementation on customer complain
7.    Quality data collection and performance analysis with report
8.    Visit customer and have meeting to collect voice of customer on both product and operation quality, drive customer satisfaction improvement
9.    Lead or support global MA activities.
10.    Implementing activities on supplier quality improvement, material delivery, and performance for Honeywell Tianjin Factory.
11.     Lead resolution and root-cause analysis processes associated with supplier quality issues. Assess supplier process, quality and capacity capabilities. In conjunction with purchasing personnel conduct external supplier audits. Drive problem resolution for supplier quality issues, including on-site supplier development. Work with Quality, Engineering and suppliers to adjudicate quality issues, recommend corrective actions and follow up on supplier corrective action implementation and effectiveness confirmation.
12.    Lead FAIR product qualification activities associated with new parts, and re-qualify parts as part of supplier transition projects
13.    Responsible for MSA and metrology control
14.    Support HOS,HSE and other site continuous improvement
15.    Lead / Support efforts to fully realize cost savings opportunities
16.    Other assigned tasks relevant with quality 
 

教育背景/专业技能及工作经验
EDUCATION /PROFESSIONAL KNOWLIDGE  AND SKILLS & EXPERIENCE：

1    Bachelor or above with engineering, major in Mechanical is preferred
2    At least 3-5 years working experience on manufacture business
3    Good in both oral and written English communication, can lead meeting in English
4    Experience in PED/TGS/pressure equipment management preferred
5    Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 quality management system
6    Familiar with electrical and mechanical product quality control approach and related standard 
7    Excellent in team organization and communication skill
8    Skill in FMEA、MSA、APQP、PPAP、SPC quality tools utilization
9    Skill in MS Office
