- Řízení programu zajišťování bezpečnosti potravin a kvality (HACCP, GFSI normy, ISO normy, interní systémy kvality)
- Zavádění a udržování stanovených norem – standardy IFS, TESCO, HALAL
- Zajištění kvality a bezpečnosti potravin v provozní praxi
- Externí a interní audity
- Analýzy rizik
- Vedení týmu pro bezpečnost potravin
- Povinné školení bezpečnosti potravin
POŽADUJEME:
- VŠ vzdělání (zaměření na potravinářství výhodou)
- Aktivní znalost Aj (slovem i písmem) – min. B1
- Praxe v potravinářství výhodou
- MS Office (Excel)
- Analytické a logické myšlení
- Pečlivost, komunikativnost
