Abbott is een internationaal bedrijf met verschillende bedrijfstakken. Abbott Weesp is een belangrijke Abbott vestiging van de Established Pharmaceuticals Division.


In de moderne productiefaciliteiten worden door gekwalificeerde medewerkers dagelijks geneesmiddelen zoals laxeermiddelen, hormonen en het griepvaccin geproduceerd. De afdeling Quality Control (QC) controleert of het productie proces vanaf inkomende goederen tot actief farmaceutisch product voldoen aan de eisen die daarvoor gesteld zijn. Daarnaast controleert QC of de productieruimtes voldoen aan de eisen. Het QC lab is onderverdeeld in 4 teams: 2 biochemische-, 1 chemisch- en microbiologisch team. 


Wij zijn op zoek naar een QC Officer

Als QC Officer ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat alles op orde is van reagentia tot glaswerk – zodat onze analisten zich volledig kunnen richten op hun analyses.

Wat ga je doen als QC Officer? 

In deze rol ondersteun je onze laboratoria door het beheren van voorraden, het uitvoeren van labtaken en het waarborgen van een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving volgens GMP- en 6S-principes. 

 

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: 

  • Ontvangen en controleren van goederen zoals samples, reagentia, disposables en microbiologische media. 
  • Aanvullen van laboratoria en uitvoeren van 6S- en GHK-acties. 
  • Aanmaken van reagentia volgens vastgestelde procedures. 
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van laboratoriumglaswerk. 
  • Beheer van het magazijn:  
  • Controleren van het Kanban-systeem. 
  • Opvolgen en inboeken van bestellingen. 
  • Contact met inkoop en laboratoria bij leveringsproblemen. 

 

Wat breng je mee? 

  • Afgeronde MLO-opleiding (niveau 3). 
  • Ervaring in een laboratoriumomgeving is een pre. 
  • Basiskennis van GMP en kwaliteitsprocessen. 
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands. 
  • Proactieve en flexibele houding. 
  • Fulltime beschikbaarheid (40 uur).
