About this role
QA/QC Management: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for mechanical and welding works. Inspection Oversight: Supervise inspections of piping, welding, and mechanical systems. Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to ASME, API, AWS, and ISO standards. Documentation: Prepare quality plans, inspection reports, and audit records. NCR Management: Review non‑conformances, recommend corrective actions, and ensure closure. Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters. Requirements Qualifications B.E/B. Tech Mechanical Minimum 12-15 years of exp. in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers industry in Quality control & Assurance (5-7 year GCC Exp is must). Experienced in managing a team of QC Engineers & Inspectors. Shutdown/Turnarounds experience is an added advantage. Experienced in Field installation of Piping, Structural Steel, Tanks Welding. Mandatory certifications: CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE, IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Location: Ras Laffan Looking for immediate joiners If you are interested, kindly share your CV to celci@madre-me.com.
