Wij zijn op zoek naar een QC Analist A bij Abbott Weesp!

Doel van de functie

Met inachtneming van alle interne en externe voorschriften inzake EHS&E en GMP, borgt de QC Analyst A het tijdig vrijgeven van inkomende goederen en producten voor productie en QC laboratoria middels het uitvoeren en rapporteren van analyses.

Wat ga je doen?

Met inachtneming van de specificaties (kwaliteitseisen en verwerkbaarheid), het uitvoeren en rapporteren van analyses van producten voor het tijdig vrijgeven van het product.

1. Uitvoeren van analyses

  • Analyseren van de kwaliteit van inkomende goederen, producten en productieomgeving door middel van fysische, chemische en microbiologische analyses.

  • Werken volgens voorgeschreven procedures.

  • Muteren van de status in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-systemen en laboratoriuminformatiesystemen.

2. Onderzoeken en afwijkingen afhandelen

  • Onderzoeken, afhandelen, documenteren en doorvoeren van CAPA's, wijzigingen en non-conformiteiten.

  • Non-conformiteiten direct melden aan de QC Supervisor.

3. Validaties en rapportages

  • Ondersteunen bij validaties en activiteiten ten behoeve van audit readiness.

  • Opstellen van ad hoc- en standaardrapportages.

  • Opstellen van validatiedocumenten voor werkmethoden en apparatuur.

4. Laboratoriumbeheer

  • Met inachtneming van het 5S-/6S-principe zorgen voor dagelijks onderhoud van laboratorium- en werkapparatuur.

  • Medeverantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer.

5. Audits en inspecties

  • Ondersteunen van audits en inspecties.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal MBO niveau 4 opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur laboratoriumtechniek.

  • 4 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring óf een HBO-opleiding met minimale werkervaring
