Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Mid-Level QA Engineer to take ownership of quality across a fast-paced B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you will be the bridge between development and deployment, ensuring that our logistics and warehouse management solutions remain robust as we scale. You will balance the precision of manual exploratory testing with the efficiency of modern automation, playing a critical role in a team that values frequent releases and high engineering standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from initial requirements through to production release.
  • Execute rigorous manual, regression, and exploratory testing to identify edge cases and improve user experience.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand automated test suites to support a continuous integration environment.
  • Perform API testing to ensure seamless communication between internal services and third-party integrations.
  • Review GitHub pull requests to understand code changes and identify potential impact areas.
  • Document clear, actionable bug reports and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Take initiative in identifying process improvements and championing quality across the entire development lifecycle.
  • 3โ€“6 years of professional experience in software QA or Test Engineering, specifically within SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in manual, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications.
  • Hands-on experience writing automated tests (Playwright is preferred; Cypress or Selenium is acceptable).
  • Strong proficiency in API testing.
  • Ability to read code and navigate GitHub to understand technical changes.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for detail-oriented bug reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage testing priorities without constant supervision.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with frequent deployment cycles.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proficiency with Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and feature flag testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails environments.
  • Domain experience in logistics, warehouse management (WMS), supply chain, or ERP software.
  • Experience testing complex products with multiple third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools (such as Claude Code) to augment the testing workflow.
