We currently have two positions available on 6-month contracts, working Monday to Friday, full-time hours, based at our office in Balcatta.
Job Description
If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have an opportunity for a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Balcatta.
Who are we looking for?
The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator ensures responsibility for the day-to-day management of all purchasing activities in accordance with Sodexo policies and procedures.
Qualifications
A previous background in purchasing and inventory management is essential in addition to the following:
- Safety & hazard awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Displays initiative and ownership of the role.
- Ability to multi-task and organize a diverse workload.
- Flexible and able to change and adapt priorities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
- Strong customer focus.
- Flexibility for intra and interstate travel.
- Computer literacy.
