Job Brief Every pension transfer that stalls has a reason buried in a process somewhere - a format the provider expects, a contact who's gone quiet, a rule nobody wrote down. We want someone who finds those reasons and fixes them for good. We're looking for someone to take ownership and redesign how Moneybox works with the pension providers we deal with every day - and turn our knowledge into a system anyone on the team can run.
