You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who will guide you through the transition and help you develop your skillset in a more structured, business-focused portfolio.

The Role:

• Manage a commercial property portfolio with support from senior team members
• Be the main point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day matters
• Handle lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Manage rental collections, outgoings, and arrears control
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting processes
• Coordinate maintenance, invoices, and contractor works
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years’ experience in Residential Property Management
• Ready to transition into commercial property
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
