Your Mission:   Join ClearRealty as a Property Manager, where you will serve as the primary operational leader for a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, leasing activities, vendor coordination, maintenance initiatives, and property performance while ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and operated in accordance with company objectives.   As part of a growing, entrepreneurial real estate company, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of assigned properties, make meaningful operational decisions, and directly contribute to tenant satisfaction, occupancy, property performance, and long-term asset value. Working closely with Accounting, Lease Administration, Facilities, vendors, and company leadership, you'll help drive operational excellence while supporting the continued growth and development of the ClearRealty portfolio.
