What You Can Expect:
- Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für das operative Controlling am Standort und unterstützt die Standortleitung als kaufmännischer Sparringspartner bei der Steuerung des Geschäfts.
- Du analysierst Kennzahlen, Sendungszahlen, Kosten- und Kundendaten, identifizierst Abweichungen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du entwickelst Controlling-Standards, Reports und KPIs weiter und schaffst damit Transparenz über die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Performance des Standorts.
- Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei Forecasts und Planungen mit und stellst eine verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlage sicher.
- Du erkennst Verbesserungs- und Einsparpotenziale, hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und begleitest Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Ergebnis.
What You Bring:
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Logistik- bzw. Speditionsumfeld und kennst die operativen und kaufmännischen Zusammenhänge eines Standorts.
- Du bist zahlenaffin, analytisch stark und strukturiert. Du kannst Daten sicher interpretieren, Zusammenhänge erkennen und Deine Erkenntnisse verständlich und adressatengerecht aufbereiten.
- Excel ist für Dich mehr als eine Tabelle: Du arbeitest sicher mit umfangreichen Daten, beherrschst gängige Funktionen und Auswertungsmöglichkeiten und nutzt Excel gezielt, um Analysen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu erstellen. Gleichzeitig hast Du Spaß daran, digitale Lösungen und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
- Kenntnisse in SAP und BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) sind ein Plus. Entscheidend ist für uns, dass Du Dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeitest und digitale Tools souverän für Deine Arbeit nutzt.
