About this role

Job Description:

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle steuern Sie ganzheitliche Industrialisierungsprojekte und tragen die strategische und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Anlagenqualifizierung.


Ihre Aufgaben:



  • Projektierung von Produktionsanlagen, Logistiksystemen und Betriebseinrichtungen im Sinne der standortübergreifenden Standardisierung
  • Vorplanung und Konzepterstellung von Produktionsanlagen (inkl. Grobkonzept, Budgetschätzung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung)
  • Projektleitung im gesamten Realisierungszeitraum inkl. Kosten- und Terminverantwortung inklusive Qualifizierung der Anlagen sowie Fremdfirmenkoordination
  • Planung der Projektressourcen sowie der Projektinfrastruktur mit Budgetbedarf und Erstellung von Terminrahmen
  • Strukturierung des Gesamtprojekts und Bildung von Teilprojekten (Projektstrukturplan)
  • Unterstützung im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Gestaltung technischer Spezifikationen
  • Entwicklung detaillierter Verfahrens-, Prozess- und Industrialisierungskonzepte innerhalb der Teilprojekte zusammen mit den Projektmitgliedern (intern & extern)
  • Erstellung eines übergeordneten Projektsteckbriefes und Abstimmung der Leistungsinhalte mit den Auftraggebern/Kunden
  • Sicherstellen der wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und zeitlichen Planung
  • Changemanagement mit einem Prozess der eine stetige Steuerung und Kontrolle der einzelnen Projektschritte und Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen sicherstellt
  • Integrationsplanung der Projekte in bestehende Prozesse/Verfahren/laufende Fertigung
  • Projektvertretung gegenüber der Projektschnittstellen, Steerings auf Gesamtprojektebene und eigenständiges Stakeholder Management
  • Eigenständige Koordination im Multiprojektmanagement
  • Eigenständiges Claimmanagement in Abhängigkeit der gestellten Anforderungen
  • Organisatorische Verantwortung für die vorschriftsmäßige Meldung der Qualifizierungsprojekte bei der europäischen Flugsicherheitsbehörde (EASA)
  • Übergeordnete fachliche Prüfung, Freigabe und finales Verfassen komplexer Testpläne und Testreports zur Sicherstellung der normativen Vorgaben sowie deren Dokumentation


Ihre Qualifikation:


  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik (vorzugsweise Master of Science bzw. Master of Engineering) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene, vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Flugzeugbau, Automatisierung und Industrialisierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
