Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Project Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team in day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Procurement

• Responsible for local sourcing and supplier localization activities
• Quotation collection, comparison, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
• Update purchasing information and relevant records updated in SAP and internal tracking files.
• Work with the regional procurement team and support larger purchasing activities when required.

Supplier Coordination

• Maintain regular follow-up with local suppliers and subcontractors on agreed actions, documentation and delivery status.
• Collect supplier and production progress updates when needed.
• Coordinate material management related matters, such as overseas component deliveries, with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate and follow-up when there are changes, delays or open items.

Project Follow-up

• Maintain project schedules, action lists and milestone trackers.
• Follow up with relevant teams and suppliers on agreed actions and target dates.
• Collect and consolidate progress information for project updates.
• Highlight open items or potential delays to the Operations Manager

Operations & Administration

• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities for the Operations team.
• Prepare and maintain meeting notes, reports, project documents and tracking files.
• Help arrange meetings, supplier visits, site visits, travel and other operational activities when needed.

Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Around 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, project support or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn.
• Enjoy working with different people and following things through to completion.
