About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our game development team. In this role, you will coordinate communication between development, product, and business stakeholders, ensure smooth project execution, and support the successful launch of our games.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between the development team, and key stakeholders.
• Plan, prioritize, and track development tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with the Product team to brainstorm and refine new game concepts, mechanics, and features.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate the game certification process, ensuring compliance with platform requirements and industry standards (e.g., submission guidelines, technical compliance, and content policies)
• Facilitate meetings, align priorities, and ensure clear communication across the teams.

Requirements:

•  3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role in game development or software development.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
•  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken).
