About this role
Descripción del Puesto:
Impulsar el crecimiento del área de energía mediante el análisis, estructuración y desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio e inversión en Guatemala y Centroamérica. El puesto combina conocimiento del mercado energético, análisis financiero y gestión de proyectos para identificar, evaluar y ejecutar oportunidades.
Funciones específicas:
- Analizar oportunidades de negocio e inversión en energía e infraestructura en Guatemala y Centroamérica.
- Elaborar modelos financieros, reportes ejecutivos y análisis para la toma de decisiones.
- Coordinar equipos y apoyar en due diligence, negociaciones y alianzas estratégicas.
Requisitos:
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en análisis financiero, estructuración de capital o inversiones en el sector de energía.
- Fuerte capacidad de análisis, gestión de proyectos o estrategias con interés en especializarse en energía.
- Conocimiento del mercado energético guatemalteco, incluyendo regulación, actores, contratos, riesgos y oportunidades.
- Experiencia en gestión y seguimiento de proyectos, incluyendo due diligence, contratos, oportunidades de negocio, coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y preparación de reportes o presentaciones ejecutivas para la toma de decisiones.
- Inglés Avanzado Indispensable.
