Project Manager (AI & Consulting)

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Project Manager to join our Business Unit (AI & Consulting). You will manage AI and digital transformation projects, collaborate with customers and engineering teams, and drive successful delivery of innovative solutions. In addition to project execution, you will participate in pre-sales activities, help shape new opportunities, and contribute to the continuous growth of our AI practice.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in project management, understands the specifics of AI and data-driven solutions, and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, consulting, and business. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, builds trusted customer relationships, and is motivated by creating long-term business value.

Job Description

• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
• Manage project scope, requirements, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and changes
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration
• Ensure transparent communication, regular reporting, and proper project documentation
• Monitor project financial indicators including revenue, utilization, margin, and budget performance
• Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation actions
• Facilitate estimation activities, project planning, and resource forecasting
• Support onboarding, motivation, and professional growth of project team members
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and generate new business opportunities
• Participate in workshops, discovery phases, solution discussions, and proposal preparation
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to acquiring new AI projects
• Promote AI-driven approaches, automation, and delivery optimization practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services, software development, or technology consulting
• Proven experience managing software development projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Experience working directly with international customers and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resource allocation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholders
• Understanding of software development processes and cloud-based solutions
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation solutions
• Experience participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, discovery phases, or proposal preparation
• Ability to identify customer business needs and transform them into delivery opportunities
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability, utilization, margin, and customer value creation
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience working in outsourcing or consulting companies
• Experience participating in RFPs, proposal preparation, and customer presentations
• Understanding of Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI, or similar AI platforms
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
• Experience growing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Experience managing multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously
