We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-moving, social-first account team. This person will own the day-to-day management of a dedicated portfolio of work, overseeing a high volume of organic social content and ensuring assets move efficiently from concept through delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces at once. You should have a strong understanding of organic social, be excited by fast-paced content creation, and be willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the work and team moving forward.

Roles + Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage the workflow for a dedicated portfolio of projects, overseeing multiple social assets and deliverables simultaneously
  • Collaborate across Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, Studio, and other disciplines to develop and deliver organic social content, including static, video, and other social-first assets
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables trackers, schedules, deadlines, and team assignments
  • Manage a high volume of assets at various stages of development while maintaining visibility into priorities, approvals, and upcoming deadlines
  • Keep projects and content moving efficiently to meet established posting cadences
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks and work with the team to resolve them
  • Provide consistent project status communication across internal teams and support internal and client status meetings
  • Ensure teams remain aligned on deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and next steps
  • Oversee project workflows to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality
  • Collaborate with Account and Production teams on project requirements, scopes, estimates, resources, and approvals
  • Track project budgets and support budget reconciliation as needed
  • Adapt workflows and processes based on changing project needs and priorities
  • Be willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed, from coordinating production details to handling smaller logistical tasks
  • Explore new tools and ways of working, including AI, to help teams work smarter and more efficiently
  • Additional duties as Client and Agency needs evolve

  • 2–5 years of project or program management experience, preferably within a creative or advertising agency
  • Strong experience managing organic social content and an understanding of the speed and volume required for social-first work
  • Experience managing high-volume asset production across static and video content
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assets, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong timeline management and asset-tracking skills
  • Comfortable owning and maintaining detailed deliverables trackers
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to keep cross-functional teams on track
  • Able to pivot quickly as priorities, timelines, and deliverables change
  • Hands-on and willing to jump in wherever needed — no task is too small
  • Curious and excited about exploring AI and emerging tools within the creative process
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Comfortable working quickly in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Experience creating and managing project budgets and staffing plans is a plus

The salary band for this role is $70k - $105k. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at Big Spaceship within the same role to maintain equity.
