About this role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning outcomes with business objectives. Key Performance Outputs
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
- Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure alignment with scope and budget
- Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Translate business needs into clear project documentation (e.g., scope, process maps, UAT plans)
- Lead project teams and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables
- Drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Produce regular reporting and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- PMP, PRINCE II, or equivalent certification (advantageous)
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
