About the role

1. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Savings- Anticipate future sourcing needs using sales pipeline data.- Identify upcoming deals that can be supported by sourcing.- Drive cost-saving opportunities through early engagement.

2. Performance Management & ESG- Define and track regional OKRs, especially around savings and ESG targets.- Serve as the regional ESG owner and key contact for project sourcing teams.- Monitor sourcing performance, analyze data, and provide management reporting.

3. Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the region.- Work with Sourcing Excellence teams to develop upskilling programs.- Promote best practices and knowledge-sharing forums.

4. Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Manage sourcing governance and deal qualification processes with Sales.- Partner with Sourcing Operations to improve team effectiveness, digitalization, and process maturity.- Coordinate regional sourcing communications, channels, and events.

5. Supply Chain Risk Management- Identify and assess regional supply chain risks.- Develop and manage risk mitigation plans.- Support crisis management and business continuity efforts.

About you

 

 

• Strong expertise in data management, reporting, governance, and database handling is critical.
• Candidates should have around 10 years of experience and be capable of supporting strategic sourcing operations through reporting and analytical insights.
• You bring open mindedness, ability to handle pressure, leading with courage and empathy, assertiveness and communicate effectively.
