  • Select and adapt delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) appropriate to each project's size, nature, and risk.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.

  • Report on KPIs and operational metrics for program delivery, using AI/analytics tools to automate and improve reporting accuracy.

  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks and issues affecting delivery.

  • Partner with peers and senior leaders to coordinate cross-functional activities and build organizational alliances.

  • Mentor and provide guidance/training to junior project team members.

  • Evaluate and apply AI-based tools (e.g., predictive scheduling, risk analytics, automated status reporting, Gen AI drafting assistants) to improve project efficiency and insight.

  • Working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST, with flexibility to adjust based on business needs.

  • Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 - 3 days mandatory work from office.

About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 7–10 years of experience managing/leading business and technology projects.

  • PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project governance, PM methodologies, and industry best practices.

  • Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery; experience with hybrid/Waterfall models a plus.

  • Solid grasp of financial management principles (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking).

  • Working knowledge of AI-powered PM and collaboration tools (e.g., Gen AI assistants, automated dashboards, predictive risk/scheduling tools) and ability to apply them to improve delivery outcomes.

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations for technical, business, and executive audiences.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
