About this role

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Management Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will perform their services remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

  • Maintain custom PMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow up and organization of PM activities on project and portfolio level. PMO tooling consist of PowerBI, Power Automate, JIRA and SharePoint components;
  • Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project Management;
  • Support the project managers to comply with IT Governance rules;
  • Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource requirements;
  • Provide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports;
  • Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review the proposed actions when deviations are identified;
  • Define and manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.
  • Mater degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Project Management;
  • More than 3 years of experience as Project Management Officer & Project Manager/Project Team Leader;
  • At least 3 years of experience in agile software development environment;
  • Strong knowledge of scrum (ceremonies, artefacts, roles);
  • Experience in the use of M-365 tool-set including Excel;
  • Coaching or trainer experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power tools (Power automate, query, etc.);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI & Jira;
  • At least 3 years experience of SharePoint and Teams administration;
  • Certified in management methodologies such as PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, SCRUM;
  • Advanced Scrum master or equivalent certification;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
