About the company:
An established EPCC engineering and construction Company. With a global presence, the company delivers high-quality projects for palm oil mills.

Job responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and execute project according to client specification, time line within the project budget.
• Communicate with supplier on the specification/scope of supply
• Coordinate with Site Installation team to ensure the scope, quality, schedule meet the project requirements.
• Coordinate with workshop team for the items to be fabricated in house or by Sub-Contractor, and to ensure progress of fabrication manage to meet the
shipment date.
• Coordinate with Procurement team to ensure the purchased items to deliver for packaging in the workshop or the jetty directly.
• Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure the shipment to deliver according to agreed time and destination.
• Prepare the CES (Commercial Evaluation Sheet) for management approval.
• Visit workshop, sub-contractor workshop and supplier to ensure fabrication progress, quality according to the scope of supply.
• Visit project site to monitor/update the site progress.

Job requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Mechatronic), with some working experience in the palm oil industry.
• Working experience in project management will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently, meticulous and deliver tasks within short timeframe.
• Good analytical and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas as and when required.
• Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia.
