JASARA PMC is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director for Construction to lead our ambitious projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and effective communication throughout all project phases.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with strategic business goals and client expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to foster relationships and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee risk management processes and proactively address potential issues that could impact project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and progress updates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 20+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
