Location: Warwick, RI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at keeping projects on track? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project delivery, customer service, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Process orders, updates, and modifications accurately
- Monitor project activity and communicate progress updates
- Coordinate deliveries, invoicing, and customer requests
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines or customer satisfaction
- Utilize Excel, Microsoft Office, and other business systems to track project progress
Qualifications
- Project coordination, project management, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and onsite teams
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or Associate's degree preferred
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
