Responsibilities

 What You’ll Do

Coordinate Projects & Order Management

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to establish priorities, communicate expectations, and monitor progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and other project-related materials.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting action items, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring information is shared accurately and timely with the appropriate parties.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and potential issues; communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed to support project timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Assist with gathering information, conducting research, preparing reports, and compiling data to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Help identify potential project risks, roadblocks, or delays and coordinate with the appropriate teams to develop solutions.
  • Assist with project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, resources, and communications required for successful project execution.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, systems, programs, and initiatives by coordinating tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to project leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables are accurate, organized, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of project coordination, administrative, or related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project coordination, project management, or operations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00 per hour and is bonus eligible.  Exact compensation determined by factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
