Project Buyer (m/f/d)

We are looking for YOU as Project Buyer (m/w/d) for our location in Bietigheim.

These challenges await you: 

• You will attend Project Meetings, leads and/or supports all project activities where purchasing is involved till completion of project closure
• You will select supplier bid-list based on Compliant Segment Panel and liaise with Project and Segment organisations to identify Bundle opportunities
• You will perform RFQ Process and leverages commodity organisation to reach pre-sourcing, sourcing decisions and meet project targets
• You will ensure timely sign off with stakeholders to achieve successful auction events
• You will manage achievements of all project milestones related to suppliers and follows progress of stages
• You will support the project buyers within their current projects
• You will take care of carry over projects and relief the workload of current buyers

You inspire us with that:

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Economics
• You already have experience in purchasing department
• You have a fluent level of English
• You have good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet is a plus
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy 
• German speaking skill would be an advantage not a must
