What are the Job Demands?
- Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking across network server, CRM, and project tools
- Support Project Team by preparing data, verifying information, and flagging discrepancies
- Review, clarify, and confirm customer requests under the guidance of Project Estimators, ensuring all details are accurate before responding
- Communicate clearly with team members through email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Proactively manage a queue of customer requests, prioritizing work to meet deadlines and coordinating task assignments to other team members as needed
- Assist with preparing documentation for customers
- Learn to review subcontract documents
- Maintain professional relationships that reflect the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Manage and organize shared Estimating inbox
- Organize bid invitations for Estimators
- Manage plan rooms like Builder’s Exchange for upcoming project opportunities
- Gather information and prepare bid packages and maintain in CRM.
- Build job books for new RFQs across systems
What Skills Do I Need to Meet Those Demands?
- Professional, honest, outgoing individual
- Experience in construction administration or project administration
- Attention to detail and killer computer skillz
- Superior responsiveness and follow-up
- Desire to continually grow and learn
- Ability to work flying solo while still able to collab with the team
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Exposure to data entry, data validation, documentation management, or customer requests
- Experience supporting internal teams by managing tasks, tracking status, and following established processes.
- Must be able to work independently, balance deadlines, and prioritize tasks on multiple projects.
- Experience with Gsuite, Excel, Word, and ability to learn our cloud-based CRM and sales software.
Bonus Abilities!
- Experience reading, and interpreting architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Experience with online plan rooms
- Experience with certified payroll and AIA forms

The Deets:
- This is a full time gig, M-F 7AM-4PM
- We pay pretty darn good

THE FINE PRINT:
This position begins with a 90-day trial, followed by an evaluation to determine suitability for permanent position. Employment conditions include signing a confidentiality agreement. This is an onsite position in Ohio. No remote or out-of-state applicants can be considered for this opening.
