Requirements are the core of the programmer analyst’s role. System design and develop software is one of the core skills a programmer analyst is expected to possess. Managing requirements both at the project level and organization level are vital in fulfilling business needs.

 Formulating program specifications and basic prototypes.

 Designing high quality database and documentation as desired.

 Requirements analysis

 Develop procedures and scripts for data migration

 Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance. 

Skills and Tools:

 Good at J2EE,Struts, Spring, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Tomcat,

J Boss, MySQL, Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse

 Application Servers - JBOSS (Community/Enterprise) and

Tomcat.

 Proven working experience on both Spring and Hibernate

 Should be good in Linux OS.

 Should be good in MySQL. Hands-on in DDL, DML, and DCL

commands.

 Amazon AWS glue services knowledge would be added

advantage.

 Must have knowledge of web-based projects.

 Good knowledge in device-server integration, JSON and Web

Services.

 Good interpersonal skills.

 Strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving

skills.

 Research on open source frameworks/technologies and

integrate them into application.

 Passionate about creating solutions for customer problems

and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

 Holds strong technical proficiency, attention to detail and

technological zeal.

Job Responsibility:

 Understand use cases and delivery requirements.

 Design, Develop, review (code/design), unit test, module test,

integration test, documentation for SDLC.

 Maintaining database, enhancing, bug fixing the code. Follow

the standard documentation process laid down for the project.

 Create language codes for programs and review it for errors.

 Follow the defined SDLC process, understand, and

participates in improving the process. Work with cross

functional team to achieve project delivery goal.

 Create competitive edge in solution by coming out with

innovation implementation ideas. Suggest, evaluate, do

feasibility study of development and deployment technology.

 Test the functionality of the program and troubleshoot the

issues.

 Support to cross functional departments for different

project/projects module/modules based on priorities to deliver

quality software in timely manner. Work on new tasks or

multiple tasks depending on business requirements.

 Ensuring all the work meets or exceeds predefined quality

standards through exhaustive testing, peer reviews SQA

process standards.

 Create documentation to help users understand how to see the

program effectively.

 Introducing new ideas, products, features by keeping track of

the latest developments and industry trends.

1) Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot

2) Build and maintain microservices-based architecture, ensuring proper service boundaries, communication, and fault tolerance

3) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns

4) Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability (query optimization, caching, async processing, etc.)

5) Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

6) Work with databases — schema design, query optimization, and data integrity

7) Implement proper exception handling, logging, and monitoring for production systems

8) Participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback

9) Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery

10) Debug and resolve production issues with minimal downtime

11) Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation

12) (Good to have) Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes

Desired Requirement:

1) 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Java 8/11/17+)

2) Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security

3) Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture — service discovery, API gateway, inter-service communication (REST/gRPC/messaging queues)

4) Experience with RESTful API design and development

5) Good understanding of database systems (Oracle/PostgreSQL)

6) Experience with message brokers like Kafka (preferred)

7) Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts

8) Experience with version control tools like Git

9) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

10) Ability to write clean, optimized, and production-ready code

11) Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
