As a Programme Management Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programmes within COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with business objectives and client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor programme activities, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Additionally, you will help maintain programme governance, facilitate communication across workstreams, and contribute to the successful delivery of programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect actuals data and forecasts
• Update plans, schedule, budget tables
• Administer / assist the quality review process
• Assist with the compilation of reports
• Ensure the document archiving
• Contribute to the expertise in specific studies related to the project
• Administration of the different management functions.
• Administer / assist Programme and Project Board meetings
• Arranging, participating and helping facilitate meetings and producing meeting minutes
• Set up and maintain project files according to EPMO processes
• Keep track of budgets, progress, risk and change log, project board decision, actions, any other registers/logs delegated by the Project or programme Manager;
• Draft documentation, note or presentation
• Assisting different parts of the team in a variety of different tasks
• Punctual support to the GES activities upon head of sector request

• Bachelor’s degree or higher at a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a programme management specialist leadership through competence, ability to consider and develop solutions and determine the way forward for the overall team;
• Ability to communicate at all levels and be able to build a team with a shared vision and clear purpose;
• Strong communication and relationship skills with a solid IT background in the domain of complex information systems;
• Ability to build and maintain a tactical and strategic vision based on knowledge of similar programmes and wider industry trends;
• Working knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and IT project development and support;
• Ability to chair meetings and to give presentations;
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
