JOB SUMMARY

This position provides project and administrative support for TDXi’s Technical Services Headquarters Office. The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.  They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills required for the employee.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for contract/project
  • Review timecards from Deltek and Viewpoint and make sure they are submitted correctly and on time
  • Prepare billing support and tracking for a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract
  • Prepare, code, submit, and track travel expense reimbursement and per diem requests in accordance with JTR requirements.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work
  • Perform general clerical duties as needed
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office programs
  • Answer telephones and transfer or take messages for other staff members
  • Must be able to work independently and on small team with strong communication skills
  • Comply with quality and safety programs and accomplish other duties as assigned

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Associates or higher OR 5 years relevant experience
  • One to three years of experience in a payroll, billing or contract support, preferably within government contracting environment highly desired
  • Deltek/Viewpoint timekeeping administration
  • Familiarity with the JTR required
  • Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
  • Familiarity with Service Contract requirements (SCA)
  • Experience in billing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost Reimbursable (CR) contract lines (CLINs) required
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
    • Extensive knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Government accounting and/or payroll experience desired
  • Previous military experience, in professional or civilian capacity is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively work with a remote team and multiple work sites
  • Effective organization and communication skills
  • Reliability, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must present professional appearance, be energetic, and take pride in work
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

  • Hours may be 8:00 to 4:30
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must pass background checks
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance if required
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
