What We're Looking For:
Are you passionate about bringing groundbreaking technology to a global market? As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the central driver behind the successful launch of Zebra’s next-generation products and services. This isn't just about managing schedules and budgets; it's about owning the program from concept to launch, navigating complex challenges, and leading diverse, cross-functional teams to a shared victory. You will be ensuring our most innovative ideas become successful realities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Ownership: Drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of moderate to large-scope product and service launches. Independently build, adapt, and own the master Project Plan from initiation through market transition.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Rally and align cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Service/Support, and Operations—to ensure programs stay on schedule and within budget constraints.
Technical Supply Chain & Manufacturing Interface: Act as the primary technical supply chain interface for external manufacturing partners. Coordinate end-to-end partner readiness from early prototyping through successful mass production, actively mitigating supply chain disruptions during critical ramp-up phases.
Proactive Risk & Obstacle Management: Anticipate potential program bottlenecks, supply chain constraints, or delays. Independently engage resources and adjust plans to resolve moderate to high-severity issues, escalating complex problems only when necessary.
Executive Communication & Alignment: Synthesize complex updates from multi-disciplinary teams into concise, tailored status reports for senior management. Secure milestone alignment and sign-off from key business leaders before moving programs forward.
Strategic Decision Making: Balance project scope, schedule, and budget trade-offs to minimize business impact. Maintain personal accountability for delivering the program against established business objectives.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Share expertise in PMI PMBOK methodologies and project tools (scheduling, staffing, dependency planning, risk mitigation). Serve as an informal coach and escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 Program Managers.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Work Experience: 5+ years
Key Skills and Competencies
Executive Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to confidently influence and align mid- to senior-level cross-functional audiences. Formal training is preferred.

Technical Acumen: Deep working knowledge and hands-on experience within a relevant technical domain (e.g., Hardware, Software, Services, or Supply Chain/Manufacturing).
Project Controls & Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with PC-based planning, scheduling, and documentation tools, specifically MS Project and the MS Office Suite, to manage complex task dependencies, risk plans, and resource allocations.
