  • 5+ years in content integrity, safety operations, compliance operations, or related program roles supporting enforcement or risk programs at scale.
  • Experience owning or supporting program priorities, measures, and operational health for content or risk domains.
  • Working knowledge of regulated or prohibited content areas and how policy, legal, and technical constraints shape enforcement.
  • Experience translating policy or legal requirements into practical workflows, controls, and escalation paths.
  • Experience working with automated or model-driven enforcement systems, including detection, classifiers, or policy automation.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using operational data to identify gaps, prioritize interventions, and track outcomes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to brief leadership and document standards, decisions, and recommendations.

  • Experience improving operating standards, documentation, and controls in a live program environment.
  • Background in high-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, or technology products.
