We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join our team as a Program Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage one or more programs end to end, develop reporting standards and business intelligence support for one of Amazon's key exciting businesses - Amazon Private Brands.

Creating a data-driven long-term category growth roadmap for Amazon Private Brands

Develop & Launch new selection backed by strong customer / retail insights

Working with Cross Functional Team to drive category growth agenda

Owner for data reporting & Automation

Strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.

Driving deep insights and driving continuous improvement using the analysis.

Detailed understanding of a business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue, and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems.

Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.

Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use.

Work closely with category, marketing and sales stakeholders to understand and automate processes

Respond with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders.

Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the direction of the business.

Provide customer and vendor data and insights for better impact decisions

Create and publish category scorecards & campaign performance reports

Automate data templates and reports & build a SQL repository for adhoc requests and reports

We are seeking creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team.

Basic qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Knowledge of SQL

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
