Program Manager, People Enablement Operations - (Temporary - End of May 2027)

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Program Manager, People Enablement Operations you will be responsible for executing department-wide People, Culture and Transformation planning, operations and corporate services. This role is pivotal in facilitating alignment between the department’s long-term strategic goals with daily business priorities, through managing core rhythms, including quarterly and annual planning, budgeting workflows, and reporting cycles. This is an opportunity to shape how People Enablement supports enterprise priorities at scale, delivering innovation, consistency, and operational excellence. Your experience in strategic planning and corporate services, combined with strong collaboration and communication skills, will enable you to deliver key services to our regional and global partners. This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.
