Job Description

As MDG Project Manager, this role is responsible for the following:

1. **Resource Management:**

   - Oversee and manage over 90 contract resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

   - Track workloads and performance of partner resources to maintain high productivity and quality standards.

2. **Project Tracking and Reporting:**

   - Track all projects within the team, managing up to 150 projects annually.

   - Develop and maintain a framework for comprehensive reporting and status updates on all projects.

3. **Governance and Process Improvement:**

   - Govern and continuously improve the project management processes across all projects.

   - Define and implement efficient processes for project intake and allocation, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

 

4. **Leadership and Coordination:**

   - Lead partner resources in the initiation and execution of new projects.

   - Directly or indirectly manage core projects, providing additional resources as needed to ensure successful delivery.

5. **Billing and reporting **

   - Manage the team to deliver accurate and timely billing for all projects.

   - Shape and optimize PMO tools to enhance the efficiency of billing, project allocation, and tracking processes.

- Develop and expand on the existing reporting structure for clear accurate PoP, score cards and auditable testing results – informative processes and fit for purpose audit ready

Education & Professional Qualifications

College Degree, preferably in a technical field

Knowledge / Experience

• Master Data Management or Data Architecture (including relevant collaboration experience) an advantage.
• Envision, model and optimize complex yet efficient business processes, data and workflows.
• Demonstrated Leadership skills, with independence and proven management experience within a matrix organization
• Background in the BI, Information, Data, Analytics space
• Experience in managing technical resources
• Stakeholder Relationship Management of global leaders
