Role: Technical Program Manager – Sales Strategy Execution & D365 Integration Location: Mexico/Remote

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced TPM who can drive end to end technical program execution across client’s sales ecosystem, enabling modern, AI powered seller experiences through seamless integration of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Seller Experience (MSX), and connected MCAPS systems. You will partner with engineering, product, sales strategy, and field teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve seller productivity, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen data-driven sales motions. This role blends technical depth, program leadership, and sales operations expertise to orchestrate cross-functional delivery of high-impact initiatives that modernize client’s commercial sales engine.

Job Description:

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management, product/program delivery, or enterprise systems integration.
• Experience with Microsoft Seller Experience (MSX), MCAPS systems, or client’s commercial sales motions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Dynamics 365 Finance or Power BI
• Experience driving cross-functional programs involving engineering, sales, and operations teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, pipeline management, and sales enablement workflows.
• Experience with data integration, taxonomies, customer interaction data, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform, and AI-driven sales insights.

Role Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration programs connecting D365 Sales, MSX, Customer Insights, and downstream analytics systems.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to deliver complex, multi-quarter programs.
• Drive adoption of modern seller workflows, AI-assisted insights, and automated sales motions across MSX and D365.
• Partner with Sales Excellence, Business Applications, and Product Engineering to translate sales strategy into technical requirements and execution roadmaps.
• Identify gaps in seller experience, define measurable improvements, and deliver solutions that increase seller efficiency and customer impact.
• Manage program roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across MCAPS, engineering, and field organizations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver executive-ready updates to CVP+ leadership on program status, risks, and business impact.
• Lead change management and readiness planning for global sales teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.
