Key Responsibilities
- Client reviews. Monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Key stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Managing teams of engineers, technicians, and supply chain personnel to meet project technical objectives.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to control costs.
- Risk & Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to stringent aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, APQP), identifying risks, and mitigating potential defects.
- Client Relations: Serving as the primary interface for key stakeholders, including commercial airlines or government agencies.
