We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations – Telco Sales to lead large-scale telecommunications sales operations and drive exceptional business performance. This executive leadership role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented professional with a strong background in BPO/contact center operations, sales leadership, and client management.

As the VP of Operations, you will oversee multiple sales programs, lead high-performing teams, manage executive client relationships, and be accountable for operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership in our Telco Sales programs and operational sites.

• Drive revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.

• Own and manage P&L performance, budgeting, and financial results.

• Lead, coach, and develop Directors and Operations Leaders to achieve business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, serving as a trusted business partner.

• Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, quality, and customer experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Workforce Management, Quality, Training, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to optimize business outcomes.

• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in BPO or contact center operations.

• At least 10 years of experience leading telecommunications sales programs.

• Proven success managing large, multi-site operations and leading senior leadership teams.

• Strong experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and operational transformation.

• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business growth.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
